- Bags shall keep you dry and avoid contact with direct heat, avoid the sun, avoid skin discoloration.

- By placing an order with Match London leather goods, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions, which may change from time to time without prior notice.
- Inquiries and requests are welcomed for any specific colors that may not show on the handbag models on the website. However, payment in full must be made before we can proceed with the inquiries and requests on a particular model. Only colors and type of leather currently available in stock can be offered.
- BESPOKE order takes 3 business weeks to complete after receiving full payment. Work will only commence after receiving full payment. (3 business weeks does not include Sundays & Public Holidays).
- BESPOKE ORDER does not accept returns or exchanges once confirmed with this agreement. Customers are advised to thoroughly check all requirements are correct before placing the order.
- The colors on your computer screen does not guarantee that it will be the exact same color of your Match London bags. Match London always maintain to keep the colors of the leather as close as possible. However, with any leather, different leather orders will have a certain percentage of difference, especially the color tone.
- Match London will cover any manufacturer's defects. Charges will be incurred for any wear and tear. To quote for a price, please send a clear photo of the damaged parts. Please prove your date of purchase. You can take a photo or screenshot and send via email. Once we receive the photos, we will make a preliminary quotation for repairs, if any. Once agreed by both parties regarding the changes, then you can send the item. Once the item is received, we will do a physical check and assess the actual charges. We will not make any repairs without any confirmation with the customer and payment. Communication may be made thru emails and telephone calls. Customer will be charged for delivery (to & fro) for any services in regards to wear & tear.
- In the event that the item received is not in the correct order, please contact Dinasou.com immediately so we can make the exchange. Please make the return within 14 days. If we receive the item after 21 days, you will be obliged to pay for the return.

Is the coloration of the product on display and the product in real life the same? |

All photos of products used on Dinasou’s website are taken by a professional photography team. This will enable Dinasou to put up a realistic photo display of the product on its website. In other words, the product on display is visually correct. However, due to the fact that not all monitor displays are the same e.g. desktop vs mobile, this will result in the difference between the coloration of the product on display and the product in real life. To the best of our ability, we will use the exact coloration of real life products for our website displays. |

Why is the packaging of the product I received not the same as the packaging on display? |

A major reason for this discrepancy is the possibility that the product you purchased may be of a different batch than the product on display. Due to this, the product you received and the product on display may have different expiry dates. Dinasou guarantees that all products it sells are original. It is standard that all product packaging will follow the actual packaging of the product in real life. |

How do I return products? |

Once you received the product and decided not to use it, therefore not compromising the re-sale condition of the product, you can return the product to Dinasou within 14 days of receiving it. Price protection means that the Customer will be refunded the price difference within 14 days if the Customer finds the price of the item to be lower at a different time. For example, if the Customer purchases item A at RM 6.99 inclusive of GST at dinasou.com and finds the same item being sold for RM 5.99 at dinasou.com within 14 days, dinasou.com will pay the difference. Customers will not receive cash, instead they will be refunded in the form of store credit, or "Dinasou Egg". |
