How to Buy

Dinasou's procedures for placing an Order

 

For Grocery Items sold by dinasou.com:
(i) Customers place an order at dinasou.com. This includes choosing the product and checking the product's information. All items are placed in the Shopping Cart on dinasou.com's Order Form.

(ii) After that, customers must confirm their Order. Before they can confirm their Order, customers must key in required information such as name, address (email and physical) etc. Customers must also confirm their method of payment. Dinasou.com accepts all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, which are 3D Secure- (verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All customer credit card information are protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards. 

(iii) Payment using "Dinasou Eggs".  RM 1 = 100 Dinasou Eggs.  Dinasou Eggs can only be used for purchases not more than half of the check-out’s value.  Note: Dinasou Eggs cannot be used to deduct shipping fee. It can be used for certain promotion items.

(vi) The Checkout page will show the Shipping Order based on the information that Customers have keyed in at the Order Form.

(vii) Before shipment, dinasou.com will send notification of the Order to Customers via email, to their accounts, or to their mobile app. Customers can also check their accounts to track the shipment via dinasou.com's tracking order tool that is made available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on its website.

 

For Items sold by Merchants, henceforth known as Brand Street:
(i) Customers place an order at dinasou.com. This includes choosing the product and checking the product's information. All items are placed in the Shopping Cart on dinasou.com's Order Form.

(ii) After that, Customers must confirm their Order. Before they can confirm their Order, customers must key in required information such as name, address (email and physical) etc on the Order Form. In terms of payment, Customers have the option of the following: Visa, MasterCard, online bank transfers, and Dinasou Eggs (store credit). The payment of a Product will be processed by an Online Payment Gateway i.e. MOLPay.

(iii) For online bank transfers, dinasou.com will accept from the following: Maybank2u Online, CIMB Clicks Online, Alliance Online, AmBank Online, Hong Leong Bank Online, RHB Online, Mobile Money, Web Cash and Financial Process Exchange (FPX), which is a multi-bank internet-based online payment hub, jointly developed by Financial Institutions and owned by MEPS. The Participating banks are Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad.

(iv) Customers who purchase from Brand Street have the option of mixing any of the above payment methods e.g. online bank transfers with store credit (Dinasou Eggs).

(v) Once payment has been made, a notification will be sent by the Merchant to Customers via email or to their accounts.

(vi) A Customer's Order will be picked up by a third party logistics company, which will send the Order at the address keyed in by the Customer on the Order Form.
