Payment
1. Does the payment for a Product include GST?
Yes.

2. How do I use my Dinasou Eggs?
You can enjoy a maximum 100% use of your Dinasou Eggs for each and every purchase and still earn Dinasou Eggs upon successful payment. RM1 = 100 Dinasou Eggs.

3. What sort of credit/debit cards do you accept?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard.

4. Can I pay by online bank transfers?
Yes. Please refer to our Payment Policy for further details on participating banks.

5. Can I pay by cash?
No.

6. Can I pay by installments?
Please refer to MOLPay Easy Payment Scheme.

 

How To Buy
1. Must I create an account to purchase products on Dinasou.com?
Yes. You must key in the necessary details on the account form. Once you are a member, you can proceed to add Products to your Cart.

2. How will I know that my Order is successful?
We will send you a notification to your email, account, or mobile app. We also have an Order Tracking Tool on our website where you can check the status of your Order.

3. Is there a difference in purchasing grocery items and Products from Dinasou Brand Street?
No difference. There is only one method of payment for purchasing grocery items and Products from Dinasou Brand Street, which is online payment.

 

Returns & Replacement
1. Can I return a product?
We will only accept returns if a good reason was provided. Products cannot be returned if the customer has changed their mind and want to return the product. Please refer to our Returns & Replacement Policy for further information.

2. Can I return grocery items?
This depends on whether the Product is a Dry Good or Perishable. Examples of dry goods are coffee, milk powder, personal care products etc. These types of Products can be returned. But, Perishables such as fruits, vegetables, meats etc cannot be returned. Items that require refrigeration such as dairy products also cannot be returned.

3. How long do I have to wait for a replacement?
Firstly, dinasou.com will take up to 14 working days to evaluate whether the Product warrants a replacement. After that, it will take between 15 and 30 working days to deliver the replacement Product.

4. I don't want a replacement, I want a refund.
All items are non-refundable. However, there are exceptional cases. Please refer to our Returns & Replacement Policy.

 

Shipping 
1. How long do I have to wait to get the Product(s) I ordered?
Within 3 working days.

2. Will there be a shipping charge?
Shipping charges for items sold by Dinasou:
Items purchased below RM150: Shipping fee starts at RM 10.50 for parcel weight below 2kg
Items purchased above RM150: Free shipping (West Malaysia only).

Shipping charges for items sold at Dinasou Brand Street: Merchants will set their own shipping fees.

Shipping of grocery items: Klang Valley only. Shipping of Brand Street items: West Malaysia only. 

3. What happens if I cannot be there to accept the shipment?
Dinasou.com insists that the customers be at the address and time they have keyed in on the Order Form in order to accept shipment of the Product. There is a high likelihood that dinasou.com will impose a second shipping charge if a new time is set to accept the shipment.
